The Küchenhof, with its more than 260-year-old tradition, was built as a square farm in 1755 next to St. Mark's Chapel and served the monks as a farmyard with a dairy, stables, and a vegetable and herb garden.

Today, the Küchenhof is a place of culture, enjoyment, and inspiration.

Looking back on a centuries-old history, our zu Sayn-Wittgenstein family is closely connected to Altenberg and the region. With the Küchenhof, we have created a place of enjoyment and tranquility, inviting good conversations and joyful celebrations in a family atmosphere.
