Hiking

This nature reserve is a counterpole to the lively and lively beach area. With a little luck you will see some animals in the wetland. In the direction of Niendorf on the edge of the nature reserve is the bird park. This is very nicely laid out and shows in particular a large selection of owls. The children were also thought and so there is a playground. The starting point for this area is the parking lot of the bird park, which is large and free of charge.

Hiking

Who would have thought that one kilometer from the hustle and bustle of Timmendorfer Strands is such an idyll? You can see deer and storks to the left and right of the trails.

Hiking

The lowland was created a long time ago when the access to the former Hemmelsdorf Fjord was silted up. This is how the Hemmelsdorfer See came into being.
