The former Berger barracks was built from 1853 to 1856 as a Hungarian horse barracks. The mighty building complex was built as a two-storey four-aisle, has a central arcade courtyard and a triaxial, gable-crowned central risalit with lettering on the main facade. By the end of 2018, the former military building will be converted into a residential building. In cooperation with the BDA, special attention was paid to not only using historically common materials such as lime plaster, but also to enhance the appearance by reinstalling box windows.

Located on the Lower Main Street, not far from the school center and the lake, 106 exclusively furnished rental apartments between 40m² and 140m² were created. The train stop, Neusiedl am See - Seebad, is within walking distance, the bus stop is right in front of the main gate.
