Lake Bled is located in the Upper Carniola region (Gorenjska) near the spa town of Bled at the foot of the Pokljuka Plateau. The lake lies at an elevation of 475 m. It's easy to walk around the lake, and there are plenty of places to stop for refreshments! The cream cakes are an absolute must!

During the summer months, it's very busy, especially on weekends! Cycling around the lake is not recommended!
