Mountain biking

Beautiful district boundary pillar. Similar to the "Rote Marter", the stone marks the borders of the royal Bavarian forest districts. Here are Buckenhof, Dormitz and Tennenlohe. This stone is a replica, the triangular stone from 1840 was destroyed by tank exercises by the US Army. Nice place with a bench and an information board about the stone.

The triangle stone was built around 1840 and the column pointed to the royal Bavarian forest districts - Buckenhof, Dormitz and Tennenlohe.
