Desert Church Kröchlendorff,
1251 Kröchlendorff found his first documentary mention in connection with Horst and Kleinsperrenwalde as Dominus Heynricus de Grechellesdorp. In the 14.-15. In the 19th century robbery, murder and plundering hit the villages of the Uckermark, including Kröchlendorff. Due to the Greultaten the inhabitants left their place and founded Kröchlendorff about one kilometer southwest again. The old settlement fell into disrepair and became desolate. Evidence of this still the preserved eastern gable of the old church on the local access road from Gollmitz.
