Tips
Coming from Asco, begins a long, exhausting descent to Tighjettu. Very steep and mostly against the sun. There is still a spring on the descent, which may be very welcome due to the long tour.

On one side, this very steep and narrow notch falls more flatly towards Refuge Tighiettu over a gravel field and the way down is less arduous than expected. On the last meters from Monte Cinto to Bocca you have to pay close attention to the markings, the terrain is not easy to walk on.
