During the Thirty Years' War, the church was looted. From 1882 to 1883, the church was renovated. On June 23, 1882, the tower collapsed during construction, two workers died. In the years 1995 to 1998, the church was last renovated. The church is a monument.

Inside, the church has a flat roof, the triumphal arch between the nave and the chancel has a pointed arch. The furnishings are from the 18th and 19th centuries.
