In the Spreewoods distillery you get real Spree Forest whiskey! The two flagship whiskeys are made from rye, one of which you can buy as a full proof rye whiskey at 55%! In addition to the delicious whiskeys, there are various liqueurs from grandma's apple strudel to aunt rhubarb liqueur. Absolutely unique and a must in the Spreewald: the cucumber spirit.
Spreewoods has a small jetty. However, it can be quite populated by the lock next to it.
There are of course guided tours through Brandenburg's oldest distillery with its shiny copper cauldrons. You can find more at: spreewood-distillers.com
