Cycling
The bridge, built between 1948 and 1950, is a concrete structure that replaced the steel bridge blown up during World War II. Lahn marble—as typical and significant as it is for the region—was not used in this bridge. Unlike, for example, the famous Marble Bridge in Villmar, which was specifically built as a showcase for Lahn marble, the building goals in Dehrn were more functional and pragmatic.
