Neer (Limburgish: Naer) is a church village in the Dutch Central Limburg. It is part of the municipality of Leudal. Before the municipal reorganization of 2007, it belonged to the former municipality of Roggel en Neer. The village is located on the Meuse, between Roermond and Venlo.
In 2011, Neer won the title of The nicest village in Limburg!
The main industry of Neer is the beer brewery "Lindeboom", which is located within the built-up area. Some of the buildings, including the malt tower, date from the end of the 19th century.
