Bakhei's Chapel was built around 1870 and is dedicated to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart. At the back is a wooden cross in the wall with a metal offering block. This is probably a so-called hail cross. In that place people used to pray in the hope that no hail would fall and destroy the harvest.
