    Very nicely designed course.

Great fun for all ages. It should be dry, though, otherwise it's a bit slippery.
The connected forest nature trail is highly recommended. There's a lot to learn about the forest and its inhabitants here.
      UPDATE 2025:
A very beautifully maintained course. The original course was getting old and rotten, so it was partially renovated. The redesigned path has been equipped with attractive landmarks and selfie points.
But again, it's suitable for all ages, but it should still be dry. Otherwise, there's a risk of slipping.

The barrier-free nature experience space Wilder Kermeter is located in the middle of the national park Eifel on the mountain ridge Kermeter. There, old and young visitors - with or without disabilities - can experience the "ecological centerpiece" of the national park. On the ridge between Rursee and Urftsee native Red Beech mixed forests grow in the middle of the area. The Wilde Kermeter includes a barrier-free road network and panoramic views of the lake landscape. Part of this adventure area is the barrier-free nature discovery trail "Der Wilde Weg": ten mostly interactive stations provide information there among other things about wilderness, forest development and biodiversity in the Eifel National Park. A boardwalk through the forest wilderness offers a special insight into nature. (Nationalpark-eifel.de/de-simple/nationalpark-erleben/barriere-frei/wilder-kermeter-und-wilder-weg)
