Here was until 2005, a track, was supplied to the withdrawal of the Russian Armed Forces in the early 90s, a depot in the area Elisabethstraße / Hegermühlenstraße. The no longer needed freight line from the station Hegermühle through the former BHG area (today's commercial center Strausberg) at the Goethestraße as well as the abandoned barracks area (in the meantime built with single-family houses) to the old small train station Strausberg city - thus the original Kleinbahn distance - was reconstructed in the year 2006.
