The megalithic system was already built in the Neolithic period between 3500 and 2800 BC. For this considerable age, the tomb is surprisingly well preserved. These graves are the earliest signs of social development and the expression of ideologies and culture.

A large vivid stone grave near the Sögeler road. The little side trip is worthwhile !!

On the way from the Hüvener Mühle to Lahn or Sögel, it's easy to miss this somewhat off-road highlight. Nevertheless, one should not miss this large stone grave if one is interested in the megalithic culture of the humpback. The grave complex in the grove impresses with its straight, elongated shape and is really well preserved.
