Hiking
After the birdwatching point and mini-museum Den Deyler at the end of the Slaperdijk in Grevenbicht, the Beegse Maasvallei Foundation delivered a second lookout point here in the spring of 2025: a panorama platform in the Elba nature reserve.
In addition to a wide view of the Maas and the wild river nature on the Dutch and Belgian banks, you can follow the story of Fluvius on the platform: a Roman soldier, on his journey through the Beegse Maasvallei.

Hiking
A very interesting and beautifully illustrated platform with an equally beautifully illustrated extensive context blog by historian Pieter Craenen at beegsemaasvallei.blogspot.com/2024/11/historisch-overzicht-van-de-romeinen-in.html
