Hiking

The Klagenfurt lido has existed since 1924. It is located on the eastern shore of Lake Wörthersee and is one of the largest bathing facilities on an inland lake in Europe. The entrance hall and a cabin complex dating back to the 1920s are listed as historical monuments. Easily accessible by bus or car, the pool was once the venue for the Beach Volleyball Grand Slam. The Ironman also starts here. It is operated by the municipal utilities, just like the pools in Loretto and Maiernigg.
