The temple was built in the mid-18th century as a Protestant church with a half-timbered construction, on an octagonal plan. After just over a hundred years, the building was bricked up. An interesting feature is the lantern crowning the roof. On the south side, there is a stone bell tower.
Inside, the galleries, characteristic of Protestant churches, as well as the probably Baroque altar and pulpit, are noteworthy. Fragments of the ceiling from the demolished Church of Grace in Kożuchów are very nicely incorporated into the ceiling.
