The Cross of Sameiro (Portuguese: Cruzeiro do Sameiro) is a monumental work designed by architect David Moreira da Silva. This cross was inaugurated on June 7, 1953, and is located at the end of Avenida de Nossa Senhora do Sameiro, at the southern end of the Sameiro Sanctuary.
