The Brenner Moor is the largest inland salt marsh in Schleswig-Holstein. It lies in the Trave lowlands almost entirely within the urban area of Bad Oldesloe. It is bordered to the north and east by the Trave. To the south it cuts through a small wooded area. In the west forms a drainage ditch that flows into the Trave.
The area was declared a nature reserve on October 20, 1978.
The nature reserve is easily accessible by paths. There are 10 observation stations on different topics on a circular route. Using a QR code on the number posts placed there, you can view more detailed information on your smartphone.brennermoor.ag-geobotanik.de
