Bin mit Kumpel Jens mal wieder los und so über 30 km ohne im Training dafür zu sein hat mich zerstört. Wir sind von Bahnhof (Lübeck) zu Bahnhof (Ratzeburg) über die Wakenitz und am Westufer des Ratzeburger Sees lang. Die letzten km gingen bei mir die Wehwehchen los, aber es war aushaltbar. Am Bahnhof angekommen kam dann auch gleich die Züge und ich konnte das GPS Gerät erst zu Beginn der Fahrt beenden. 🙈 Die längere Zug- und Busfahrt nach Hause endete damit, dass ich beim Aussteigen und dem restlichen Fußweg sehr steif und voller Schmerzen war.
