Hidden in the Westerpark in Zoetermeer lies the Nature and Landscape Garden. Anyone who has been there once will return again and again to enjoy the peace, the greenery, the flowering plants. There are landscapes that used to give Zoetermeer and its surroundings their special character: a polder, reed land, flowery dikes, a peat pond and a willow grove, all surrounded by flowery dikes. Each landscape attracts its own type of flora and fauna due to its specific characteristics. Walk in over the drawbridge, walk around and enjoy all seasons, or join one of the (free) monthly tours.
