De 70 van Roubaix
Vandaag ben ik 70 geworden. Om dat te vieren heb ik de laatste 70 km van Parijs-Roubaix gereden.
Mirjam die mij al door menig andere hel gesleept heeft, was ploegleider van dienst.
Niet omdat ze meeleest maar een betere kan een wielertoerist niet wensen.
Verder was het spelletje eenvoudig vandaag.…

Wasted part of Friday with @Paul and Ruud and that was a great idea. Car at the Zweth and crossed the Schie there to walk a bit through the Abtwoudse bos.
In Delft to the east side of the Schie and back, of course, through/along that lovely sculpture forest/park.

The original plan was to park the car at De Zweth and walk to Delft on the west side of the Schie and return on the east side.
Getting out of the neighborhood just about worked, but there was a traffic jam all the way to Kleinpolderplein.

Both Trompenburg and Rif 010 are well-known in Rotterdam and worth visiting.
Trompenburg is a museum with flowers, plants, and trees. An oasis of tranquility in the eastern part of Rotterdam.

After yesterday's party, just a local loop with Mirjam. No car today. I've been in it enough this week with my Roubaix adventure.
