It is located on the road from Smolov to Rybníky at the turnoff to Novosedly. The mill was built between 1843 and 1876. It was probably rebuilt and expanded in 1922. In 1930, Josef Steiner owned the mill, the shingle factory, and the power plant. In 1945, the mill was confiscated from Anna and Josef Steiner, and Hubert Herrmann was appointed provincial administrator. However, he was arrested, and due to the start of his prison sentence, the company was closed on October 28, 1946. In 1947, all buildings were razed to the ground. The body of a lock weir has been preserved in the riverbed. The journey then continues across the meadow. Before the road to the mill and further into the village, there is a side spillway. The stream then flowed under the road and turned towards the mill at the first corner. The interiors were half made of concrete, and the water was then divided between two wooden troughs. The concrete walls are preserved in situ. A striking stream flows from Radbuza along the left bank. Furthermore, the barren riverbed (the water outlet of the mill) has been preserved. The rubble of the buildings reaches almost into the river.
