The Molino de Espera is a historic molino (oil and wine mill) in Espera. It was built in 1771 by the Achidiócesis de Sevilla and originally served as a storage facility for tithes and first fruits. The molino is now a Bienes de Interés Cultural (Cultural Heritage) and offers a unique insight into the traditional production of olive oil and wine in the region.
This location also offers guided tours where visitors can learn about the malt and grape pressing process, and the history of the building.
