This stone bridge in Torredonjimeno, known as the San Sebastián Bridge, located at the old Martos Gate to cross the Salado stream, is not of Roman origin but of Renaissance design and consists of a single semicircular arch.
It exists today almost by chance. After being almost obliterated by a major flood, it managed to survive thanks to the support and interest of some local citizens who financially backed its renovation.
