Road cycling

An alternative climb on the southern slope used by the Tour de France in 2020. It starts at La Chambre and joins the traditional climb at the St. François de Longchamp ski resort. The road is very narrow, with sharp turns and a very poor surface, under construction in July 2025. Unlike the traditional climb, visibility is poor and there are few views of the valley.
The best thing about this alternative is the lack of traffic.
