The viewing platform was created during the renovation of the boulevards, it is part of the new infrastructure. It not only provides a perfect view of the Vistula, nearby bridges and the National Stadium, but also of the Old Town.

The viewing platform on the Vistula boulevards is located at the foot of the Royal Castle, on the Vistula River, and offers a view of the Old Town. There are two ways to get there: one leads from Castle Square via Grodzka Street and the underpass, the other from the Old Town Market Square, via Steinkellera Street to Wisłostrada, and then the underpass to the boulevards. The platform is triangular in shape and made of Corten steel.
