The village of Lezhnevo crosses the Ukhtokhma right in the middle. In the center of the village on the right bank of the river stands the Trinity Church - part of the Znamensky Convent, founded in the 15th century, and the Lezhnevskaya Spinning and Weaving Factory. Near the factory, the river is again blocked by a dam.
