Hiking
There are several benches along the route, perfect for a short break. A longer rest can be planned at the shelter in Niederweidbach, which offers a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of seating.
For food, you can either visit the "Seeterrasse Niederweidbach" restaurant or, for a quick bite, the "Aartalgrill," which is very popular, especially in good weather – it's a favorite spot for bikers. For more traditional fare, the Hotel-Restaurant "Seehof" is the place to go.
