Red Knob Pass is a 12,000-foot pass and another proniment pass you must summit along the Uinta Highline Trail deep in Utah's Uinta Mountains. The southern approach is a moderate ascent with numerous switchbacks through patches of stumpy spruce, while the northern approach is steep, with the trail traversing along the mountain and offering expansive views of the West Fork of Blacks Fork Basin, characterized by large cliffs and timbered valleys. Red Knob Pass is known for its stunning scenery, challenging hiking, and is considered a highlight of the Highline Trail
