Situated at the intersection of two streets: the main southern facade faces Narodnaya Street, the eastern ones face Peshkova Street. Built in the second half of the 19th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, a one-story production building for workshops was added to the house from the north along Peshkova Street. The house is two-story, brick. The main facade is symmetrical. The floors are separated by a cornice.
