... starting point for the "Urbacher Bergrutsch" round trip near "Urbach" in the Rems-Murr district, Baden-Württemberg.
- well marked, including "Bergutschweg UR5"
- a great path with a length of around 3 km

- in April 2001 the slope in the "Kirchsteig" area above the Urbach outdoor pool suddenly burst open in an arched shape
- huge masses of rock and earth came loose from the demolition wall and slid down the valley at increasing speed, luckily nobody was injured by this natural event
- in 2007 this beautiful circular path "Urbacher Bergrutsch" was set up
- the path leads through orchards, over numerous steps, ...
- 7 information boards provide information about the history, geology, flora and fauna of the landslide area

- 2 parking options: either in the outdoor pool car park at the foot of the "Hagsteige" or in the hiking car park at the "Hagsteige" in the forest (note: watch out for the barrier (March to October))
