The Lagovida harbor is the ideal starting point for a trip to the floating art object VINETA or for crossing through the lock (currently closed) into Lake Markkleeberg. Both bodies of water offer a total surface area of almost 1,000 hectares. In the evenings, the marina provides a stunning backdrop and invites you to relax in the Casa Marina restaurant or enjoy intimate time together on the beach.

Hiking
The Störmthaler See is an artificial lake south of Leipzig and was an opencast mine. It was created by flooding the south-eastern part of the former Espenhain brown coal opencast mine. The Markkleeberger See is directly adjacent and is only separated by the Autobahn 38.
