In the 1970s, the construction of this hotel in Vrijbroekpark was stopped after 2 floors due to the swampy subsoil. Since then, the building has been taken over by nature and was not accessible. The first floor of the hotel ruin can be reached via a footpath through the trees. With even a panoramic viewing platform as the icing on the cake.
The ruin was developed with respect for fauna and flora. That is why dogs are not allowed on the ruin. One of the eye-catchers of the hotel ruin is undoubtedly the graffiti art, which creates the specific atmosphere that hangs around the hotel ruin.
