less than two kilometers from Amelinghausen is the Heideort Etzen. If you drive in the direction of Soltau, you will pass by Etzen anyway and there is next to the trout smokehouse, the small fine café. Somewhat hidden away with a pretty garden, home-made food and magic from our own kitchen, with vegetarian dishes and refreshing spritzers.
