Passing a sea of roses, we reach the pier.
The restoration of the historic clock from 1911 is not yet entirely complete.
The rain is getting heavier again as we step onto the pier.
The grand piano of the music festival stands alone on the sand, the Heringsdorf pier is visible in the distance, and we leave the beach chairs behind and enter the restaurant on the Ahlbeck pier.
