It is located above the parish cemetery on "Na Skałce" Street. Access from the bridge over the Przemsza is quite short, but very hilly. It is not finished yet, but the works are close to the end. The views from there are truly spectacular.

The 36-meter observation tower named after rotmistrz Witold Pilecki is located on Skała hill in Chełmek (Oświęcim county) and has been accessible to visitors since April 2026. It offers a panorama of the Oświęcim Basin, the Beskids, and the Tatras. The facility is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The tower is named after rotmistrz Witold Pilecki. The location is not accidental – it was precisely through Chełmek and the surrounding forests that Pilecki's escape route from the KL Auschwitz camp ran in 1943. At the base of the tower, there is a plaque commemorating this event.
