The large basalt block field, which is a natural monument, is located on the highest elevation in the Westerburg region (Neuhochsteiner Berg or Kackenberger Stein (525 m)). Really impressive.
The Westerwaldsteig leads here, the upper part is quite rocky, but otherwise it is quite easy to ride - as long as it goes downhill ;-).
