The Westerwaldsteig leads here, the upper part is quite rocky, but otherwise it is quite easy to ride - as long as it goes downhill ;-). It is recommended to go via Neuhochstein and then ride the Westerwaldsteig downhill if necessary. But of course everyone can do as they please ;-).
