A beautiful half-timbered house in Beiertheim

Many of the numerous half-timbered houses in Beiertheim are protected under § 2 of the Denkmalschutzgesetz. So it is not surprising that even the oldest existing building in Beiertheim is a half-timbered house. It dates back to 1648. It is located at Western Broad Road 129.

The house here, Breite Straße 66, is a half-timbered house with an integrated economic part, two-story, 18th century.
On the property there is also a crucifix, a sandstone cross with a body, angel heads winged at the ends of the cross, a dead emblem on the trunk, dedication inscription in a cartouche on the base stone, 2nd half of the 18th centuryIn the wide street there is also a whole group of old half-timbered houses. Naturally also listed: Breite Straße 40, 42 and 44.
