Built in 1866 as a town hall in Tudor style. Sold in 1914, it was long used as a restaurant. Now there are several medical practices in it.

In 1866 the "Ratskeller" was built in the style of Italian palace architecture of the early Renaissance and English Tudor Gothic. The building housed the seat of the mayor and also the restaurant "Ratskeller".

The Tudor style is a highly ornamental style of brick construction. The last period of the Gothic style in the transition to the Renaissance during the reign of the House of Tudor (1485 to 1603) is referred to in English architecture as the Tudor style (English "Tudor Style") or Tudor Gothic. The most famous Tudor building was originally Hampton Court, a castle in the extreme southwest of London on the left bank of the Thames. Henry III had taken over the property, which had emerged from a medieval country estate, in 1528 and had it rebuilt in this new style by 1540. The castle was a preferred residence of the English and British kings from 1528 to 1737 and is still privately owned by the English royal family. Towards the end of the 17th and 18th centuries, large parts of the building were rebuilt in the English Baroque style.
