Don't be fooled by the simple-looking stencil on the chapel that reads "Holy Family". The chapel, with a bench for those interested, does indeed have some history. However, it has often been destroyed or damaged by vandals and was once in even worse condition. The chapel is located on the Noduwezstraat, which is paved with cobblestones in Tiense quartzite and is thus one of the few roads that is made of this regional material over its entire length, as you can read here: inventaris.onroerenderfgoed.be/erfgoedobjecten/307919
