Best Hiking Routes to Bear Cave

Tips

  • A really great, varied hiking trail: the red sandstone towers of the Rodalber brother rocks - followed by the moss-green covered sandstone rocks to the bear cave, where a trickle emerges from the cave. Tip: There are two caves that are directly one below the other.

  • An upper cave into which a small stream runs. The lower cave catches the water in a small pond. Seldom seen anything like that!

  • Beautiful mostly narrow path. At times you feel like you are in the jungle.
