Originally there was a moated castle here, then the neo-Gothic palace was built on its walls. During the reconstruction by the Bodenhausen family in the middle of the 19th century, the drawbridges and moat disappeared. In the early 1900s, the complex was rebuilt after a fire. After 1945, refugees also found accommodation here, later, among others, the apprentices from the state-owned Lebusa estate. The palace is now privately owned.
