Koningsberg Hill

The park forest called the Koningsberg, located behind the parking lot at Rosendael Castle in Rozendaal, has been revived in line with the original design.

The area has been restored, made more accessible and more closely connected to the Rosendael estate. With inviting entrances, vistas, steps and planted rhododendrons, we hope that more people can enjoy a walk in this beautiful area on the Posbank.

The walking paths have been improved and the avenue structures have been restored by reshaping the paths and carefully removing selected trees, while 146 new avenue trees have been planted. These young trees will grow into impressive specimens. The central part of the Koningsberg, the hill, is accentuated and again forms a special place.
