Between Brienzer ridge and Hohgant here extends a seemingly endless high moor landscape. Gentle hills, small forest and in between lush moorland meadows. The landscape is an important retreat for many animal mountain dwellers and is therefore also advertised as a game rest area - so please stay on the trails so as not to alarm the animals. In any case, the beauty of the landscape can best be experienced from the signposted observation path.
