More than 200 meters of altitude on around two kilometers - this increase has it all. He is the most demanding on the whole animal park circumnavigation. This is followed by a beautiful single trail downhill. On the roadside in the summer here and there blackberries provide for your physical well-being. By the way, as long as you can see the walls of the zoo, you are still on the right track. ;)

Often the LAINZER TIERGARTEN is quite messy. Especially on the (very) steep climbs, such as on the DREIHUFEISENBERG, we recommend sticks and trail shoes.
And: if you think you’re already at the top, then there’s one last decent climb

The first part is very flat and i would consider it like a "connection" to the real downhill trail. After that the very first section is wide and has a moderate steepness, then will be more narrow and with more turns. The second part is close to the Tiergarten wall, very narrow and with a lot of turns. Enjoy!
