    Kenwood House is a grand former stately home that was constructed in the 17th century. Today, it stands proud on the northern edge of Hampstead Heath and is home to landscaped gardens, a cafe and a world-class art collection, which includes works by the likes of Rembrandt, Gainsborough, Constable and Turner.

    Kenwood House was originally built in the 1600s and has seen many expansions and additions over the years. Today it's owned and managed by English Heritage. It's free to the public at the request of Edward Cecil Guinness, 1st Earl of Iveagh who owned it during the 1920's.

    Run past and admire the beautiful house and gardens at the northern edge of Hampstead Heath or stop and visit the collection of classic paintings. There is a nice cafe for a mid run stop.

    The gardens house and cafe are open every day.
