The hotel is about 600 m as the crow flies from the village center of Lochau. In front of the hotel there is a public footpath and cycle path along Lake Constance. A few meters in front of the hotel in a southwesterly direction is the municipal border between Lochau and Bregenz. This border runs partially through the hotel's gardens. Bregenzer Straße (L 190) runs along the northeast side of the hotel complex.
