On the sidelines, the municipality has also decided, on the advice of the heritage council, to reuse the old name for the cycle path. It concerns the name Lijkweg. "We are going to place a street name sign and an informative sign with the explanation. The path has had different names over the centuries, including Lijkweg, Kerkweg and Bruidsweg. Farmers used to be given the right by the owners to transport their cattle or goods over this path.
